Extended Manufacturer's Warranty
The standard warranty on your new system is one (1) year on parts, and ninety (90) days on labor. The Service & Maintenance Agreement is a 48 month agreement, after such time it can be renewed. All parts, labor and service calls required to keep the system operational during the agreement are included at no additional cost.
Clients with Service & Maintenance receive scheduled preventive maintenance annually on their systems. Maintenance on your camera surveillance system includes a cleaning, focusing and adjusting of each camera lens and/or housing and an internal cleaning and defragmentation on the DVR/NVR. Maintenance on your alarm system includes checking/testing the main power, the battery backup, the voltage output, communication to the central station, keypads, door contacts, pull stations; and cleaning and test of the motion detectors, smoke/heat detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.
Clients with a Service & Maintenance Agreement will receive priority response, which includes phone support with our technicians, and priority dispatch of the service technician when required. For emergency service events, a Quinlan technician is always on call to resolve any system problem.
